The Baby Is Going To Come Out Eventually:

Join a certified childbirth educator for this two part series which will tackle the what to do's in order to prepare for your journey to the delivery room and beyond.  Topics will include body changes, managing your labor at home, stages of labor, pain management, the full delivery process and more. This class will also include newborn care, breast feeding, safety and how to pick a pediatrician.
