Gymtime Gymnastics and Sports Camp
Gymnastics Camp for girls ages 5-7+ Years-Old
Tailored for gymnasts of all levels, Gymtime's Gymnastic Camp is a well-rounded summer program for girls with an emphasis on gymnastics and fun! Each day will include two hours of gymnastics as well as yoga or stretch class, cooking at Kitchen Little Cooking School, art, music and time spent outdoors. Working with our USA and USAIGC certified coaches in Gymtime's state-of-the-art gym, gymnasts have the opportunity to have fun with gymnastics while working on their skills and technique.
Sports Camp for boys ages 5-6.11 Years-Old
Designed for the sports enthusiast, Gymtime's Sports Camp for boys offers the full package for physical development. The morning begins with yoga or stretch class to warm-up the body and prepare for a fun-filled day of activities.
Children will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, as well as play organized sports including basketball, soccer, hockey and lacrosse. Agility exercises are incorporated into the program, building the solid foundation children need to compete in any sport. Tae Kwon Do classes are included to help develop coordination and balance, in addition to confidence and discipline.
Outside of the gym, children will participate in art, music and cooking at Kitchen Little Cooking School.
