Dr. Jayme Albin is a Clinical Health Psychologist and Yoga Instructor . She is considered an expert in anxiety, attention and stress related behavior problems.  Her private psychology practice for children, adolescents, adults and couples/ families takes a Mind-Body approach combining elements of the most effective state of the art treatments of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness CBT, Gottman Relationship Therapy, Positive performance psychology and the latest state of the art tools to enhance treatment effeciency, effectiveness and fun. We use tools   Virtual reality therapy and computerized biofeedback.  Dr. Jayme designs a unique treatment plan for each client based on needs, symptoms, goals and personal challenges. We address problems related to emotions, behaviors, mind sets, physical symptoms, relationships and personal goals. 

Dr. Jayme Albin is the author of the "Official Idiot's Guide to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" and "Treating fear of Flying Anxiety using Virtual reality and biofeedback". Dr. Albin is a Licensed New York State Psychologist, a Kundalini Yoga instructor, certified in EMDR psychotherapy for trauma and anxiety and certified in Gottman Relationship therapy.
